Phreesia Authentication SMS Terms and Conditions

  • When you use Phreesia's multi-factor authentication, you have the option to receive your authentication code via SMS. If you choose to do so, you are opting in to a one-time SMS from Phreesia. These messages help us verify your identity and provide an additional layer of security to safeguard against unauthorized access.
  • You can text "STOP" to the short code at any time. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for authentication, even if you try to send yourself an authentication message when you use our product in the future. If you want to be able to receive authentication messages, just text "UNSTOP" to us.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP. You can also email usersupport@phreesia.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive authentication SMS when you trigger a text when signing into one of our products. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
